Whether your kids are aspiring freestyle trampolinists or want to get a taste of the exciting world of Ninja, Parkour and Freerunning, BOUNCE Holiday Camps are the perfect way to keep them active and entertained during the school holidays.
A 4 day Holiday program, participants in both BOUNCE Squad & Flight Squad Holiday Camp receive a 5-hour session every day to develop their skills. This includes one hour of dedicated coaching time, one hour to practice their technique as well as lunch and some Freestyle Time.

BASIC STRUCTURE

Classes consist of a warm up, followed by circuits and skill development in all areas of the venue

Classes have a maximum of 10 participants per coach
Program Details (BOUNCE Squad)
- Springing (jumping, hopping) and landing safely and effectively
- Rotating in different directions
- Balancing and holding static shapes to build coordination and body tension
- Moving efficiently in different ways
- Sending, receiving and manipulating hand held objects
During the program there is equal emphasis on the social and emotional skills for children at this age and stage, including:
- Understanding their strengths and setting/achieving goals
- Challenging themselves and learning positive risk taking
- Working with and encouraging others, following instructions and asking for help
- Managing fear, frustration and building confidence and self-esteem
Program Details (Flight Squad)
The Flight Squad program is designed for participants aged 8yrs +, of all skill levels to learn freestyle trampoline skills in a social and inclusive environment.
Being part of the squad enables participants to develop and harness their physical skills, such as balance, strength, coordination and agility while learning some cool skills and mastering correct
technique.
Participants follow the Flight Squad levels program consisting of 6 levels of difficulty ranging from basic fundamental skills to advanced skills and combinations

- Flight squad is for kids 8 years and older
